The hospitality property needed to manage room reservations, pool admissions, and multilingual content within a single platform, while keeping availability and bookings synchronized with external reservation services. Handling these processes manually increased the risk of errors and required significant operational effort.

A custom WordPress platform was developed, integrating booking systems for rooms and additional services, advanced multilingual content management, and automatic synchronization with external booking platforms. Particular attention was given to automating the availability and reservation update workflows to ensure data consistency across all systems.

The property now benefits from a single management platform for both day-to-day operations and digital content. Automated synchronization has significantly reduced the risk of overbooking, streamlined daily staff activities, and enhanced the booking experience for end users.
